ASPHALT SEAL COATING

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

 

We use a clay-stabilized asphalt based pavement sealer fortified with coal tar for added fuel resistance and durability. This product is ideal for beautifying and protecting all asphalt pavment surfaces including parking lots, drive ways, airports,  roadways, and much more. This product provides the advantages of both asphalt and coal tar in one product.

 

REASONS FOR APPLICATION:

 

Why apply this product? Sealed vs Unsealed....

Left untreated, asphalt pavment will deteriorate rapidly. The asphalt binder that holds the pavement together begins to oxidize and weather soon after instalation. Moisture penatrates the asphalt causing further damage and deterioration to the pavement.

 

Solution

Apply asphalt based sealer. This replenishes the binder that is lost through the weathering and aging,and provides superior protection against environmental distress.
